fun-gi is a small mobile game studio developing a new project as well as maintaining a succesful and popular home renovation game House Flip.
My role with in this studio is to assist and help guide the overall growth, development of the artist and various studio workflows. I partner with the leadership to build workflow systems and refine process to find a balance for creation and growth.
